When you express interest in a custom home by Asgard Building Systems, we start from scratch — wielding a pen in one hand and a sheet of paper in the other.
1. The Asgard Creative Phase
The journey to building your dream home begins with what we call the “Creative Phase.” During this part of the process, our design team meets with you to determine your family’s needs, unique design style, home size, and overall feel, among others. This phase consists of three parts:

1. We ask about the use of space in your home and begin drafting a floor plan.
Our Creative Director will start hashing out what our client truly desires, needs, and requires in their new home. He/She will ask a variety of questions about your life, including hobbies, daily schedules, design style, timeframe, pricing, and family size. This information will lay the foundation for how our designers will render your home on paper.
2. Our designers and architects finalize your custom home’s floor plan.
Following the initial consultation, our design team then goes to work. They will clean up the initial sketch drafted by our Creative Director, ensuring that all of your exact specifications and artistic features you discussed in your consultation are transferred onto a digital blueprint.
3. We construct a 3D virtual model of your home.
Using 3D rendering technology, you can actually “walk through” your home before construction even begins. This helps you and us ensure every minute detail, from the windows to your kitchen sink, is met to your liking.

2. Asgard’s In-House Design Studio
While our top-tier architects collaborate on the bones of your home, our interior design team simultaneously brings your home to life with the finest-quality interior touches from our in-house design studio.
Asgard’s design studio aggregates the best interior features under one roof, making the selection and design process more pleasant.
Our interior design team navigates you in crafting the perfect interior design scheme. This includes everything from the selection of wood for cabinets and types of stone for your surfaces to the hardware for the doors, paint colors and more.
3. Asgard’s Client Care Commitment
Communication is one of the most important values Asgard Building Systems provides to our clients. If you have any questions about your home at any stage of the process, you’ll have direct-line access with our architecture teams and our lead designer. You can even speak directly with our CEO, Marc Dunbar, as he is instrumental in transitioning each project from the creative phase to the construction phase.
